On October 12, a delegation from Xiaogan Municipal Government in Hubei Province, including Tu Jiangbo, Deputy Secretary-General of the Xiaogan Municipal Government; Yang Jie, Deputy Director of the Xiaogan Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology; Dong Jiwei, Section Chief of the Informatization Promotion Division; and Ye Zhihua, Section Chief of the Electronic Information Division, visited Shenzhen Cell Valley for exchange and discussion. Our Chairman, Professor Shi Yuanyuan; Commercial Director Wei Zheng; Assistant to the Chairman Fu Yuchen; and Director of the General Administration Office Wang Lu extended a warm welcome to the delegation.

Under the detailed guidance of Commercial Director Wei Zheng, the visiting leadership team gained an initial understanding of Shenzhen Cell Valley's strategic positioning, development history, and core technological achievements. Subsequently, through on-site visits to the R&D and production laboratories that comply with international GMP standards, as well as the quality management laboratories, the delegation acquired a more comprehensive and in-depth understanding of Shenzhen Cell Valley's research capabilities, production environment, and quality control systems.

During the symposium, Commercial Director Wei Zheng provided a detailed introduction to our company's leading advantages in cell therapy technology, market prospects, and current strategic layout. Chairman Shi Yuanyuan noted that our company's collaborative cell therapy industry project with the Thai Ministry of Public Health is currently in a critical stage of steady development, and we are honored to have received comprehensive support commitments from the Thai government for the project's implementation. Building on this foundation, Shenzhen Cell Valley has achieved a historic leap in its strategic planning, not only deepening its presence in the domestic market but also successfully expanding its business footprint into Southeast Asia, marking a significant breakthrough in regional market development.

The visiting leaders expressed high recognition for Shenzhen Cell Valley's core technology team and development strategy. They introduced that Xiaogan City is a key link in the coordinated development of the biopharmaceutical industry across the three major metropolitan circles in Hubei Province, and also serves as an important R&D and production base supporting Wuhan's biopharmaceutical sector. In recent years, the Xiaogan High-tech Zone, in accordance with the requirements of an innovation-driven development demonstration zone, has placed great emphasis on the development of the biopharmaceutical industry and is actively building a biopharmaceutical innovation hub. Deputy Secretary-General Tu Jiangbo stated that Xiaogan possesses a solid industrial foundation and a favorable policy environment in the biopharmaceutical field, and is eager to engage in in-depth cooperation with Shenzhen Cell Valley to jointly promote the rapid development of the regional biopharmaceutical industry.

This visit further deepened mutual understanding between the two sides. Both parties expressed their shared hope for broader cooperation in the future, with the aim of jointly advancing the vigorous development of the cell therapy industry in Central China, the Greater Bay Area, and across China as a whole.
